Herbal Meetup: Brain Health
Online Class (via zoom)
East Bay Herbals - Martinez/Benicia, Ca
Thursday, March 17th, 2022 / 12:00 - 12:30ish pm
Join East Bay Herbals for a free community class in honor of TBI (traumatic brain injury) Awareness Month! A subject that is near and dear to my heart, join me for a workshop all about using herbs and foods to help support one of our body's most vital organs - the brain! Your brain is in control of almost everything you do, and most people are putting undue stress on this vital organ on a consistent basis without even knowing it. We'll chat about how to give your brain some extra TLC and of course, cover herbs that are supportive of it. Bring questions if you have them!
