Join me for a festive holiday celebration all about holiday table favorites,  and how you can spruce them up to make them more medicinal. This class will highlight the nutritional and herbal benefits of classic holiday meals, as well as common holiday herbs and their medicinal values.  Students will go home with a recipe book and there will be a cooking demo. Students will go home with a sample of what we make in class. Tea and treats will be served.
