We strive to make herbal wellness accessible and relatable to everyone who wishes to utilize it and offer a variety of packages to make this happen. Our wellness packages include both herbal wellness and holistic nutrition offerings and can be customized with additional recipes, etc. to meet each client's needs. Packages are strongly recommended for those with long-term or chronic concerns and for those who are committed to integrating the values of holistic health into their lives. Client's will see the greatest benefit from holistic journey by fully immersing themselves into their health goals.

3-Month Restored Vitality Package  ($750)

This comprehensive package is an ideal match for someone who is committed to making lifestyle and dietary changes aimed at supporting them in their health goals and overall well-being. This package features both dietary and herbal support, customized herbal formulas, tailored dietary recommendations, and offers the option to add on personalized holistic nutrition recipes crafted to fit the client's needs. This package is strongly recommended for someone with long-term and/or chronic health concerns that is seeking to develop alternative tools as a complement to their healing practice. Client's who are committed and focused on how their body interacts with plant and food medicine often see the best results. Complimentary discovery calls are offered and required for clients seeking to explore and/or book this package.

This comprehensive package is perfect for someone who wants to take a deep dive into their health, learning how herbs and foods can be used to support them in their health goals. This package includes customized herbal formulas, and weekly support and is recommended for those looking to explore the healing power of plants to support them in their health and wellness goals and/or systemic support. Complimentary discovery calls are offered for clients seeking to explore this package.

• (1) 30-minute follow-up at end of the month

• (1) personalized herbal, dietary, and lifestyle plan with recipe suggestions (if needed)

• Weekly email check-ins

A-La-Carte Herbal Consultations

Initial Herbal Wellness Consultation  ($150)  *Sale*

This offering is for someone who wants to learn how herbal medicine can help support them with a particular goal or concern. Consult includes a complete health intake and lasts 75-90 minutes. This offering includes customized herbal formula recommendations and the option to purchase herbal products through the client-access-only herbal apothecary.  Follow-ups are generally recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial consult, and every 4-6 weeks thereafter while we are working on meeting your goals and/or addressing your concerns.

Follow-Up Herbal Check-Ins  ($85)

For someone who has already undergone a full-length herbal consult (see above) and is coming to check in about their prior concern. Check-ins last 30-minutes and include herbal and lifestyle recommendations as well as suggestions for custom blended products. Herbal products can be purchased at the time of consult. Check-ins are recommended every 4-6 weeks depending on the client.

Return Client Herbal Consultation  ($125)

For someone who has already undergone a full-length herbal consult or completed one of the packages who would like support with a new concern and/or goal. Consults last 30-45 minutes and include herbal and lifestyle recommendations as well as suggestions for custom blended products. Herbal products can be purchased at the time of consult.

Pop-Up Apothecary

Low-Cost Community Consults  (online consults)

These low-cost online consultations are intended to offer our community herbal support at a low-cost price point and are intended for those who cannot afford the cost of a full-length consult or pacakge. Pop-ups are offered periodically throughout the year and the next one can always be found here! Each Pop-up will have 3 spots open on the designated day that month and can be signed up for ahead of time on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 

Consultations last 15-20 minutes and are $25 + the cost of herbs; custom blended products are optional and available for shipping or delivery following your visit for an additional fee. Online consults will be by appointment and can be made by contacting eastbayherbals@gmail.com
