Just in time for the spooky season, I am excited to announce a very festive class being offered at a whimsical local spot in Walnut Creek as part of their month-long festival next week! Last year I offered a Kids Potion Making Class and everyone wanted an adult version, so now, here it is! In this fun, light-hearted, and enchanted class we will learn all about using the power of herbs to help support our energetic bodies using one of my favorite herbal preparations - flower essences!

What is a modern-day herbal potion and how can we use the plant world to help magnify our intentions? In this hands-on workshop we’ll explore the art of crafting herbal preparations to help support emotional and energetic well-being, and learn how herbs can help facilitate personal protection and change. Attendees will go home with their own flower essence potion for the season.
