Inspired by my time living and working in the french countryside, these whimsically crafted culinary salts are a gentle reflection of the abundance of summer herb gardens and all you can do to enjoy them. This seasonal blend contains provincial favorites for both cooking and herbalism such as tarragon, lavender, rosemary, and thyme. These salts can be used as a finishing salt, or in lieu of sea salt in any recipe that you feel needs that special little something extra. Each jar contains 1oz of herbal culinary salts.
Ingredients: Grey celtic sea salt, tarragon leaves, thyme leaves, lavender petals, rosemary leaves, calendula petals.
How To Use: Sprinkle on top of eggs, buttered bread and radishes, in dressings, and on roasts; this versatile salt can be used in any recipe that calls to you - simple sprinkle and enjoy!
