The lavender lemon syrup is the perfect blend of tart and floral, relaxing and uplifting, as the flavors of lavender and lemon fuse into a sweetly simple syrup, perfect for seasonal spritzers, cocktails, and mocktails. This syrup can also be used to sweeten iced tea, lemonade, and other drinks you want to bring an herbal twist to.


The chamomile flowers in this kit can be used to make an herbal bitter for making finely crafted cocktails and mocktails or enjoyed as a cool iced tea for relaxing and unwinding on hot summer nights. Each kit comes with a recipe card teaching you how to make your own herbal DIY bitters using the chamomile included in this set.


Each Kit Includes: 1-4oz of syrup, 1.25oz bag of chamomile flowers, and 1 recipe card for making your own DIY chamomile bitters.

Lavender Lemon Syrup Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, Local honey, Sarsaparilla root, Lavender flowers, Lemon peel and juice, Citric acid (to preserve); To Use: Add 1-2 teaspoons of syrup per 1/2 cup of sparkling water and serve over ice for a very herbal version of authentic rootbeer. can also be used in cocktails, mocktails, and spritzers as desired.


Loose Leaf Tea Ingredients: chamomile flowers; To Brew Warm: Take 1 tablespoon of the tea blend and steep in 1 cup of just-boiled water, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Strain using a fine-mesh strainer and enjoy. How To Brew (Cold): Take 1 tablespoon of the tea blend and steep in 1 cup of room temperature water, covered, for 8-19 hours. Strain using a fine-mesh strainer and enjoy.
