East Bay Herbals

Join Clinical Herbalist Anna Marie Beauchemin of East Bay Herbals for a four-week course on how to begin incorporating everyday herbalism into your life. We will cover the basics of herbal medicine, natural remedies for common ailments, and ways to begin using herbs in your home and kitchen. Each class will include a lecture and a follow-along herbal product making demonstration. Local participants should choose the 'local' ticket option and will have the option of picking up herbal supplies for the class in Martinez. Distance learners have the option of having their herbs shipped to them, and should choose 'distance learner' at checkout (the price of shipping is included in the distance learner ticket). If you are a distance learner and do not want to pay to have have your herbs shipped, feel free to choose the 'local' ticket and provide your own herbs!  Please feel free to reach out with any questions prior to registering and I look forward to meeting you!
