As a staple food in both seasons, broths are a perfect way to help support aid the body in this transition. As a  medicinal food, broths also help to support digestion, which is an area of focus for the body during spring. In this course we'll you'll also learn how to utilize seasonal ingredients such as mushrooms and nettle, to help further fortify your broths and soups. You'll lean how to make broths from scratch, and how to infuse them botanicals, turning your food into medicine.
