Join local Clinical Herbalist and Biologist, Anna Marie Beauchemin, RH(AHG), me for a spring earth day herb walk through the local hills to explore the medicinal herbs growing all around us. Spring is the perfect time of year to get outside and view some of the area's best medicinals in their habitat. We'll learn about the uses of native medicinals, and a bit about herbal ecology as well. As a former biologist, this is one of my favorite ways to share the beauty of herbs - and I'm excited to be offering this walk on Earth Day too. 

This walk goes up a steep-ish hill, but we will take lots of breaks to explore the plants around us, and there are plenty of shaded spots with canopy cover. Spring really is the perfect time to explore our local trails and check out all the lush, local, medicinals that they hold.
